The queen stage of the Tour of Peninsular falls on a Friday, a rather shot 89.5km ride but on a knee buckling journey towards a KOM finish at Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands.

A quiet Sungai Koyan area, will be stormed by the race entourage, mark the start of Stage 4, Tour of Peninsular 2019. Only two intermediate sprints, SPRINT1: Kampung Tiat/KM 40.3 and SPRINT2: Kampung Leryar/KM 62.0. Climbers will then taking over the race pursuing the first KOM1:Ringlet/km 78.0/1,104m(Cat1) before finishing at a KOM finish at KOM2:Tanah Rata/89.5km/1440m(Hors), where the overall winner of the race is expected to be crowned.
